I called GVL RENOVATIONS to do several projects on my house. It is a house built in 2013 and the quality of the built sucks. I had water leaking into the garage ceiling when it rained and I had several roof guys and handyman come in and try to figure out what was the cause. They are unable to figure it out. Paul Murphy came and upon seeing the water stain and layout of the home, He was able to pin point the cause.... An unsealed window with improper installation of the flashing guard. Only an experienced worker would know to diagnose that immediately. He was spot on. No more leaks. He also placed a barn door and fixed and replaced a light fixture on the staircase with ease and finesse. Planning on more projects with GVL RENOVATIONS in the future.
